While the Classic Engine handles text logic, Photo Pro is built for those who think in images. It allows you to sort sets visually, extract hidden camera data, and group files using our unique floating tag architecture.
1. The Visual Workspace
Stop looking at filenames; start looking at your shots. Photo Pro offers two viewing architectures:
- Grid View: Best for contact sheets and finding specific shots in a large batch.
- List View: Optimized for verifying file sizes and metadata details.
Pro Tip: Use the Size Slider in the sidebar to scale your thumbnails instantly.
2. Smart Metadata Scanning
The moment you drop your photos, the engine begins a deep scan for EXIF Metadata—the invisible data your camera records during the click.
The engine automatically extracts the Original Shooting Date. This date appears on the metadata badge of each photo and can be used as a smart tag in your final naming pattern.
3. Batch Tagging & The Floating Bar
Sometimes you need to group specific files within a set (e.g., separating "Outdoor" from "Indoor" shots). Our Floating Selection Bar makes this effortless:
- Select the photos you want to group (Hold CTRL to multi-select).
- Type your group name into the Floating Bar that appears at the bottom.
- Click Apply Tag. Every selected photo is now mapped with that identifier.
4. Architecting Your Pattern
In the sidebar, you build your final naming recipe. By combining custom text with our smart buttons, you can create professional-grade structures:
